Obligated to fulfill three wishes of Kipper's, the frog is suddenly in need of some wish-fulfillment himself when his puddle is sucked dry by an elephant (the subject of Kipper's second whim). What to do? "Rainbow Puddle" is among the best Kipper cartoons, concerning our canine hero's encounter with a magic frog in a rain puddle. Still, Pig has been wanting such a pet, and Kipper doesn't want to let him down. Kipper comes home with a cuddly, funny hamster and develops so much affection for the little guy that it pains Kipper to think about giving him up. "Pig's Present" is a wonderful story about a dilemma of the heart: Kipper, the lively and considerate dog created by author and illustrator Mick Inkpen, goes in search of a small pet to buy for his friend, Pig, for Pig's birthday. KIPPER THE VISITOR SERIES
Here's another volume of four episodes from the Kipper animated series from Great Britain, which airs for American audiences (of the toddler persuasion) on Nickelodeon. Kipper is a British animated childrens television series based on the characters from Mick.

"The Seaside" concerns a day at the beach for Tiger and Kipper, the latter a bit exasperated over Tiger's strategic preoccupation with "setting up a base camp" before fun is allowed. "The Umbrella" is a delightful story about Kipper's rainy-day delays (which include being lifted to the moon in a gust that fills his umbrella) on the way to his fishing date with best pal Tiger, a gentle if overly serious pooch. The next morning is slightly less tranquil as the visitor leaves muddy tracks everywhere and takes a swim in a cleaning bucket, but Kipper, who loves small animals, laughs it all off. The scared little bird has been separated from his flock by a storm, and Kipper-characteristically-takes him in, warms him up, and makes a snuggly bed in which the gosling instantly falls asleep. "The Visitor" finds a dozing Kipper awakened by a gosling tapping at his window. Kipper, the generous, fun-loving dog created by British author and illustrator Mick Inkpen, has a go at four different adventures in this little collection, derived from a wonderful television series airing in the U.S. Kipper draws a giant replica of Tiger in the sand and then they go home.The first two volumes of Kipper videos are packaged together: Join the lovable dog Kipper on a fun journey through four short stories in Kipper: The Visitor and Other Stories on VHS. Tiger sees Kipper's replica of himself and asks if Kipper will make one for him. But, then the tide flows back in and Kipper and Tiger are back on the beach. But, the raft pops and Tiger's raft sinks. Next, he ties a rope to the end of the raft so he can tow Tiger to the shore. So, Kipper gets the duck and the spade and he sails to the rescue. Then, he sees Tiger screaming for help as he is floating away in the deep water.
When Kipper notices this, he sees the duck floating in the tide and other things that he and Tiger brought with them.
Meanwhile, Tiger is resting on the beach in the purple raft, but then the tide comes in and Tiger has swept away in the water. Next, Kipper decides to draw a giant replica of himself in the sand. Kipper and Tiger go to the seaside to play at the beach, Tiger wants to build a base camp in the sand, but Kipper wants to build sand castles in the sand and paddle in the water, Kipper makes a gigantic sandcastle and puts a shell on top of it, but it is a hermit crab and keeps crawling away.
